🚭 Smoking & Passenger Damages

SMOKING/VAPING IS PROHIBITED IN ALL VEHICLES.
The client is responsible for all passenger-caused damages.
Any such damage may result in immediate termination of service, with no refund. All associated repair or cleanup costs will be charged to the card on file.

Examples of Passenger-Caused Damages:

  • Vomit or bodily fluids cleanup ($300 minimum)

  • Smoking or vaping

  • Torn seats or interior damage

  • Exterior vehicle damage

  • Blown speakers or broken TVs/radios

  • Damaged or missing glassware or electronics

  • Excessive cleanup

🕓 Hourly Charges & Balance Due

All hourly charters are billed from our garage at 655 W. Cherry St, Palmyra, PA with a 4-hour minimum.
Final time is calculated at return and subject to management review.

Payment Info:

  • Payment due in full before the charter

  • Chauffeurs do not accept payment unless prearranged

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, cash

  • Checks must clear before the charter (no out-of-state checks)

  • Returned checks: $25 fee

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancel 10+ days prior: 50% refund of deposit

  • Cancel 1–9 days prior: deposit forfeited

  • Cancel <24 hours or no-show: full charter charge

  • Charges will be applied to the card on file

🌙 Early Pickups & Holidays

Early pickups between 12 AM – 5 AM:

  • $100 fee for garage departures or pickups between 12–4 AM

  • $50 fee for other early pickups
    Holiday fee: $50 on the following:

  • New Year’s Day, New Year’s Eve

  • Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day

  • Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve

✈️ Airport & Train Transfers

Additional stops = additional fee.

Wait Time Policy:

  • Drop-offs: 15-minute grace

  • Domestic pick-ups: 30-minute grace

  • International pick-ups: 45-minute grace

  • Additional wait time billed in 0.5 hr increments at vehicle’s hourly rate + 20% gratuity

Train transfers follow domestic airport policy.

🌧 Inclement Weather

If Londonderry Limousines cancels a reservation due to weather, all pre-paid amounts will be refunded in full.

👶 Child Safety Seats

Children under 4 must use a child safety seat.
Children 4–7 must use a booster seat.
Chauffeurs are not permitted to install seats.

🎀 Decorations

Decorations must be approved by management.
Any resulting damage is the client’s responsibility.

📋 STC, Tolls & Parking

  • Standard Transportation Charges (STC) apply to all bookings

  • Tolls, parking, airport access fees added before final payment

  • Clients may not use personal toll passes (e.g., EZ-Pass)

🚗 Vehicle Substitutions

Londonderry Limousines reserves the right to substitute vehicles or use affiliates to fulfill charters when necessary.
