Everything You Need to Know Before You Ride

Whether you're booking for business or planning a special event, here are answers to some of the most common questions we receive. If you still need help, don’t hesitate to contact us directly.

1What is your smoking or vaping policy?
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Violations may result in immediate termination of the charter and a minimum $300 cleaning fee.
2What if a passenger damages the vehicle?
The booking client is financially responsible for all passenger-caused damages, including but not limited to vomiting, torn seats, damaged electronics, or excessive messes. Damages will be assessed and charged to the credit card on file.
3How does hourly billing work?
All charters are billed portal to portal with a 4-hour minimum. Time starts when the vehicle leaves our closest garage (Lancaster or Palmyra) and ends when it returns. Charges are reviewed post-service and billed accordingly.
4What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 10+ days in advance receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 1–9 days forfeit the deposit, and cancellations less than 24 hours prior will be charged the full amount.
5Do you charge extra for early pickups or holidays?
Yes, early pickups (between 12 AM–5 AM) and certain holidays incur additional fees. See our Rental Terms & Conditions for full details.
6Are there additional fees for airport service?
Yes. Airport rates may include wait time charges, extra pickup/drop-off fees, tolls, and gratuity. Domestic pickups have a 30-minute grace period; international flights have 45 minutes.
7What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash. Checks must clear in advance; no out-of-state checks are accepted. A $25 fee applies for returned checks.
8Can I use my own EZ-Pass for tolls?
No. All tolls and parking are added to your final bill. Personal toll passes are not permitted during charters.
9Can I bring my own child safety seat?
Yes, child seats must be installed by a parent or guardian. Children under 8 must be secured in an appropriate safety seat in accordance with Pennsylvania law.
10Do you allow decorations in the vehicle?
Decorations are only permitted with prior approval from management. Any resulting damage is the financial responsibility of the client.
